WHAT WAYS CAN I PAY?

The primary payment system is through PayPal, which accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover, as well as from your own Paypal account. Please note that you do not need to have a Paypal account to use this service. Direct Bank Transfers are available within Australia - please contact to request before going through checkout.


HOW SAFE IS PAYPAL?

PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available). At no time do we have access to your credit card information.

POSTAGE

All items are posted via Australia Post, within Australia. I generally do not post internationally, but if you are very keen, please email to enquire prior to checkout.

Any order to be posted within Australia over $100 in goods will be sent with registered mail included at no extra postage cost.

Any other order that you would like by registered post, please purchase the 'Registered Post' upgrade.

Use the code LOCALPICKUP if you intend to collect your parcel direct from the bindery. From Oct-Apr, come on Saturdays, 10am-4pm, May-Sep by appointment. Contact me to arrange.

If your items will fit into a PREPAID SATCHEL (500g,3kg,5kg) and it ends up cheaper, then shipping will be capped and the additional refunded... minimal shipping - it makes sense ;) If you'd like to FILL a prepaid satchel, to maximise your shipping opportunity, then make your order and add a note to that effect in the comments section at checkout. I'll contact you back to arrange what extras will fit :)

Care is taken to arrange items so as to make the most efficient use of postage space,and to ensure in good faith that your parcel gets away safely. Please be sure to check address details before proceeding, as we cannot take responsibility for items lost in the post, or sent to an incorrect address beyond our control.

I like to go easy on the environment, so will often reuse packaging I have here. If your purchase is a gift and you'd like me to pack it accordingly (eg. with no purchase amounts or price tags included, and no recycled packaging), then please indicate in the comments section at checkout.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Shopping is supposed to be fun, and I want you to be totally delighted with your purchase.

I offer have a 10-day from receipt return policy on items you are not satisfied with. A refund, ex shipping, will be issued once items are received back at the bindery complete. To protect my copyright, pdfs, paper instructions and digital purchases may not be returned. All returns must be in original condition and packaging and they must not have a smoke or pet odor to them. I'm sure you understand. Please contact the bindery by email straight away if you are at all unhappy. Thank you.
